SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates

We are proud to offer carbon-conscious shipping options across North America:

• Canada: Free shipping on orders over $65 CAD.

• USA: Free shipping on orders over $135 USD

• For orders below these amounts, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Canada: 5–10 business days.

• USA: 5–13 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your specific location or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

We want you to love every order from Eco Haven Market. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Issues with Your Order?

Reach out to us at support@ecohavenmarket.com within 3 days of delivery, ideally with a photo and order number. We’ll work with you to make it right.

Tried It, Didn’t Love It?

We’re all about reducing waste. If a product didn’t meet your expectations, let us know. We’ll look into alternatives before considering a return. If a return is approved, customers are responsible for shipping the items back. Refunds are processed once the product is received and inspected.

Missed or Unclaimed Deliveries

Once your order ships, it’s your responsibility to track and receive it. Unclaimed packages may be subject to a $5 restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is missing, we can’t cover lost or stolen parcels. Please contact your local carrier first.
